Shraddha Kapoor is far more excited to tie the knot with Melorra

Watch the film here

Online jewellery brand Melorra, has launched a campaign titled #EveryDayWithMelorra to promote its range of everyday lightweight gold jewellery. The film features actor Shraddha Kapoor and aims to banish the concept of buying gold jewellery just as an investment or for safekeeping.

The film begins with Kapoor and her husband-to-be taking their saat phere (seven vows). However, while they do that, the man notices the crowd giving him and Kapoor a judgemental look. He turns to look at her, and finds her scrolling on her phone while taking the vows. Disappointed, he calls out to her and she shows him the Melorra app, points to the jewellery she’s wearing and tells him that she's looking for other jewellery, since she cannot wear her wedding jewellery with her everyday outfits. The crowd bursts into laughter with her statement.

Saroja Yeramilli, founder and CEO, Melorra, said, “Traditional jewellery goes straight into lockers after every occasion or may not come out at all! However, at Melorra, we make jewellery that is meant to be worn all day, every day. After all, there is so much to our daily life! Our collection of over 15000+ BIS Hallmarked, lightweight jewellery designs is inspired by the latest fashion trends. Melorra has been on the growth path even during the pandemic and we are now set to become the number one brand for everyday, lightweight, gold jewellery both in India and outside.”

The campaign will be rolled out across TV, radio, print, digital and OTT.
