Gupshup has announced the appointment of Vartika Verma as senior director global marketing. 
 
She will be responsible for the brand's marketing strategy and help drive growth, innovation, value for shareholders and customers worldwide.
 
Verma moves from Yellow.ai, where she was vice president - global marketing.
 
Beerud Sheth, CEO and co-founder, Gupshup, said, “Vartika’s strong bias towards action, cross-team collaboration, and strong understanding of business needs alongside brand and growth marketing experience is a powerful combination.
