Rediffusion Y&R strengthens Delhi operations

Rediffusion Y&R Delhi has headlined a raft of new appointments to beef up its Airtel and LG teams as well as strengthen its digital arm.The agency has appointed Suchitra Gehlot as creative head, digital and Kiran Dhillon as business head, digital.  Dhillon, in her last assignment, was working with Atmosphere BBDO Worldwide where she was a VP, account director on accounts such as Monster.com and Starwood. At Rediffusion Y&R, she will report to Ramswaroop Gopalan, national business head, digital.

Rediffusion Y&R Delhi has headlined a raft of new appointments to beef up its Airtel and LG teams as well as strengthen its digital arm.

The agency has appointed Suchitra Gehlot as creative head, digital and Kiran Dhillon as business head, digital.  Dhillon, in her last assignment, was working with Atmosphere BBDO Worldwide where she was a VP, account director on accounts such as Monster.com and Starwood. At Rediffusion Y&R, she will report to Ramswaroop Gopalan, national business head, digital.

Gehlot, who will report to Karl Gomes -- NCD, digital, joins from Bates 141 where she was an ECD. She will be partnering Dhillon to set up the creative product and define the strategic road map for Rediffusion in this new medium.

The agency has also brought on board Chraneeta Mann as creative head, LG. Mann has over 11 years of experience and moves from Leo Burnett Delhi where she was a creative director. Reporting to Sagar Mahabaleshwarkar, CCO, Rediffusion – Y&R, Mann will work along-side Anant Pal Singh, national business head-LG, and Dilip Marathe, creative head (art) – LG, to lead the LG business and take the brand to the next level.

Further, Niket Kumar joins the Airtel team as a brand partner. He will report to Ajay Naqvi, national business head, Airtel. Kumar, who comes in from JWT Delhi, will be heading one of the business vertical on Airtel.

Chraneeta and Niket join us for two of our key businesses – LG and Airtel, while Kiran and Suchitra play key roles in our digital endeavour. Obviously, we also plan to grow our business while ensuring growth for our clients,” said Sandeep Madan, executive vice president, Rediffusion Y&R.
