Radio City forays into audio book segment

In an endeavour to rejuvenate the tradition of storytelling, Radio City 91.1 FM has rolled out 'City of Tales', its foray into the audio book segment. The radio channel has positioned these audio books as a medium entertainment, engagement and learning from stories for young children.

In an endeavour to rejuvenate the tradition of storytelling, Radio City 91.1 FM has rolled out 'City of Tales', its foray into the audio book segment. The radio channel has positioned these audio books as a medium entertainment, engagement and learning from stories for young children.

Every title under ‘City of Tales’ comes with an activity book with attractive games, puzzles, mazes and rhymes based on fun factoids, that aim to enhance the listening and creative experience. The kit also has a set of colour sketch pens as a part of the package for children. 

The first two releases of ‘City of Tales’ are Folk Tales and Animal Wisdom. Each title comprises of five stories and each story is about 8-10 minutes. The titles are available in Hindi and English.

According to Radio City, every story that is chosen has a relevance to India and the Indian culture.
