O&M’s Giri moving to STAR

JC Giri has resigned his post as president, O&M Mumbai. While Giri refused to talk about his future plans, Campaign India is able to confirm that Giri is heading to Star India where he will head Star’s regional channels.

Giri started his O&M stint in Chennai. During the course of his career, he has worked as country head, Ogilvy Landscapes and as country head, Ogilvy Activation. After this, he became the Mumbai head for O&M.

 
At the time of filing the story, O&M’s CEO Pratap Bose was unable to comment on Giri’s replacement. An announcement in this regard is expected next week.
