Naarayan TV and Pooja Trehan join SugarBox

Naarayan appointed as VP - marketing while Trehan takes over as associate director for marketing

SugarBox, a ‘hyperlocal content distribution network’, has made changes to its marketing team.
 
It has appointed Naarayan TV as vice president - marketing. He moves from PayPal where he was head of marketing for its Indian operations. 
 
He said, “These are challenging times, and we have to be immensely mindful, yet creative when leading a team. At SugarBox, we have a vision to change the conversations around digital and enhance experiences through the strength of our brand and product.” 
 
The company has also announced the appointment of Pooja Trehan as associate director, marketing, essentially leading communications for the brand. Prior to this, she was running her venture – PRestaurants – a consultancy for F&B brands. 
 
She said, “SugarBox has the potential to disrupt the industry. I’m excited to be a part of this journey and contribute towards its impactful brand story.” 
 
Rohit Paranjpe, co-founder and CEO, said, “We are at an inflection point in our growth journey at SugarBox and are at the advent of many interesting initiatives, in the coming months. SugarBox, is entirely a question of re-imagination. As we welcome both Naarayan and Pooja on board, we look forward to their inputs drawn from their diverse experiences that will enable us to enrich brand SugarBox.”
