Mauj appoints Badhniwalla as head, consumer marketing

Mauj Mobile, the wireless arm of People Group, has appointed Yuzdi Badhniwalla as head – consumer marketing.Mauj is an end-to-end digital solutions company present in all parts of the mobile VAS chain. The appointment signals Mauj’s interest in tapping consumer markets more aggressively.

Mauj Mobile, the wireless arm of People Group, has appointed Yuzdi Badhniwalla as head – consumer marketing.

Mauj is an end-to-end digital solutions company present in all parts of the mobile VAS chain. The appointment signals Mauj’s interest in tapping consumer markets more aggressively.

Manoj Dawane, CEO, People Infocom (Mauj Mobile), said, “Over the years, we have built some rewarding associations with telcos and brands, and now want to expand the horizons of our services across the customer base. With Yuzdi’s expertise in the B2C domain, we are excited about new ‘go-to-market’ strategies that will go a long way in reiterating Mauj Mobile as an Industry leader.”

Badhniwalla’s mandate at Mauj will be to tailor make customer solutions and build relationships with channel partners. He will also manage the product life cycle for the company’s mobile gaming vertical.

Yuzdi has 12 years of experience in the media and Internet space. His previous stints have been at the Times Group and Rediff.com.
