Jatin Bhatt joins IBD India as COO and strategy planning director

IBD India has brought in Jatin Bhatt as COO and strategy planning director. Bhatt moves to the agency from CavinKare where he was vice-president, business development and marketing, special products.

At IBD India, he will be responsible for profitability and organic and inorganic revenue growth, besides strengthening the strategic planning and integration function.

In past assignments, Bhatt has worked with Colgate, Marico and Tata Global Beverages.

On his appointment, Bhatt said, “I wish to leverage my FMCG experience of brand building to other categories here like consumer electronics, luxury, home care, appliances, estate, e-commerce, online and retail. My agenda would be to build the agency respectability and partnership with new and existing clients and motivate internally to build brands more enjoyable.”

Rahul Gupta, CEO, IBD India, added, “Jatin has rich and diverse exposure in the advertising domain, and is just the right person to take IBD India into its next glorious phase.”
