Kapil Sabharwal launches a PR specialist talent acquisition and retention firm
Kapil Sabharwal has announced the launch of Bravo, a talent acquisition and retention firm for the public relations industry.
 
Bravo aims to solve the talent problem by taking a focused and meticulous approach for acquiring talent along with a transparent process for evaluation and nurturing of talent.
 
Sabharwal was working as an independent consultant for two years, prior to which he was senior director - media, issues and crisis at Genesis BCW.  
 
He said, “We want to ensure that talent gap in Indian PR is identified and bridged. Bravo envisions professionalizing of talent-life-cycle through specialist interventions such as skill mapping and bridging, intensive assessment, guidance and hand holding. Our insights, network and relationships of the PR domain enable us to find fresh avenues for the fellow professionals.  An intrinsic knowledge of Public Relations and deep understanding of client requirements allows Bravo the unique ability to act as an extension of HR teams. We are committed to go that extra mile in order to best match profiles and resumes with jobs.”
 
In a career spanning close to two decades, he has also worked GMR Group, Comma Consulting, Fourth Estate and LML almong others.
