Meera Sharath Chandra, president and national creative director of RMG Connect, JWT's CRM and digital solutions arm, has snared five key whiz kids from her former agency, Tribal DDB. While Rajeev Sharma has joined RMG Connect as VP and Head Digital, Kamlesh Mehta has been appointed Senior Creative Director, Anis Budye Creative Director and Zeenia Mehta Creative Supervisor. Sharma, as VP and Head Digital, has an aggressive mandate not just on business but on evangelising the space and leading the way to realisation that this is indeed the centrepiece of brand communication in the future. A regular Effie judge, he brings a unique perspective to every digital brief. Mehta, Budye and Zeenia Mehta believe that being up-to-speed in the cyber realm is mandatory in the months to come. It's all about touch-points and how to manage and engage a customer at various levels at various points of contact.
