Eureka Forbes hands Digitas India digital mandate

The company spends approximately 20 per cent of its marketing budget on digital media, and has seen its sales from e-commerce double

Eureka Forbes has appointed Digitas India to handle its digital and social media duties. Eureka Forbes is a water purification company which has in its fold brands like Aquaguard and Euroclean.

The company spends approximately 20 per cent of their marketing budgets on digital, according to Marzin R Shroff, CEO - direct sales, and senior vice president - marketing, Eureka Forbes.

Shroff added, "For Eureka Forbes, the e-commerce business has seen an increase of 100 per cent year-on-year and more importantly it helps build an online relationship with customers.
