Droga unveiled as Spikes jury chairman

Ad agency Droga5's founder and creative chairman David Droga (pictured) will chair the TV/Cinema, Print, Outdoor and Radio Jury as well as the Integrated Jury at the Spikes Asia Advertising Festival in September.

Droga’s past roles have included worldwide chief creative officer of the Publicis network and executive creative director of Saatchi & Saatchi London. In 2006 he launched Droga5 first in New York and then in Sydney.

The agency’s recent campaigns include the Unicef ‘Tap’ project and the ‘Great Schlep’ for US President Barack Obama.

“Although I only lived and worked in Asia for just over two years, it has had such a profound influence on my career to date,” said Droga. “I still look to the region for inspiration, motivation and unmitigated bravery.”

Spikes Asia will be held from 16 to 18 September in Singapore.
