Dentsu merges iProspect and Sokrati's capabilities

Dentsu India has announced that it will be bringing together the 'advanced capabilities' of two of its agency brands - iProspect and Sokrati.  
 
This is part of the agency's vision to deliver better solutions to its clients. 
 
iProspect is positioned as a digital-first end-to-end media agency,  Sokrati is a tech-savvy, data-driven performance marketing company.
 
According to a release, the unified services will provide integrated performance media marketing and programmatic solutions from the two agencies. 
 
Nilesh Gohil, formerly chief business officer - media, Sokrati, has been elevated to take on the dual roles of CEO at Sokrati and president - performance marketing.
 
Vinod Thadani, chief growth officer - media and CEO, iProspect India, will continue to lead the growth responsibilities for all media brands in India. 
 
The duo will report to Anita Kotwani, CEO Media, South Asia, dentsu.
 
Kotwani said, “dentsu is ushering in a new era of transformative excellence. We have always been at the forefront of innovation - anticipating the future, to shape the unknown. Sokrati resonates with our vision of leading the space.
