Compass Communications has announced its appointment as the strategic communications and public relations partner for Tellado Villas, a boutique ultra-luxury real estate developer headquartered in Goa. The mandate will see the agency oversee media relations, corporate reputation management and strategic thought leadership for the brand as it continues to expand its footprint in premium residential markets.

Tellado Villas is known for a distinctive design approach that blends ultra-modern architectural sensibilities with local heritage elements. The developer has established a presence in some of North Goa’s most sought-after locations, including Siolim, Mandrem and Morjim, and has recently announced expansion into Tiracol in southern Maharashtra. The developments are positioned as high-end holiday homes, with an emphasis on design, craftsmanship and long-term value.

As part of the partnership, Compass Communications will focus on strengthening Tellado Villas’ brand narrative and increasing its visibility among relevant stakeholders. A key aspect of the brief involves amplifying the developer’s philosophy of ‘Poetry in Stone’, which reflects its emphasis on architectural integrity, transparency and the creation of thoughtfully designed living spaces. The communications strategy will aim to articulate how this philosophy translates into residences that are positioned as both lifestyle investments and enduring family assets.

The agency will also support Tellado Villas in building a consistent national presence, aligning its messaging across earned media and thought leadership platforms. By highlighting the brand’s design-led approach and regional context, Compass Communications will seek to differentiate Tellado Villas within the competitive luxury real estate segment.
