Though they lost GoAir to Everest, Hero MotoCorp’s launch campaign was their highlight, according to the jury. Along with business wins for the traditional side of business, digital and design arms of the agency have also won a significant amount of business in 2011. Among key exits, only Neeraja Kale moved out from the agency, while the agency announced her replacement in the form of Sanjeev Gauba and appointments of Imran Khan (branch head – Mumbai) and Jaya Bhatia (vice president – digital Law & Kenneth).  Furthermore, the jury pointed out that the agency has been known as  a tough competitor within the pitch circuit.
How Campaign India rates the agency: 7

How Law & Kenneth rates itself: 8
This year has probably been one of the best years of Law and Kenneth, where we not only managed to win one of the biggest businesses, Hero MotoCorp, but created a campaign that yielded unprecedented results and appreciation. The Hero MotoCorp campaign has already started winning awards and is continuing to build good will for the brand. Renault had a successful launch in India and is growing in stature and size. Apart from the Hero MotoCorp win, we also won many exciting businesses like BPCL, Lavazza, Fem and UVEDA from Dabur. Our business has doubled in Delhi and Calcutta and Mumbai has shown a substantial growth.  Design Law & Kenneth has picked up prestigious projects such as RPSG rebranding, First Blue Home Finance and a massive ongoing project from Reliance Retail. For digital Law and Kenneth last year was a high growth year. The sluggish economic scenario and belt tightening on marketing spends has benefited the digital medium with clients taking a more than academic interest in the medium.  Digital Law & Kenneth shares clients like Hero MotoCorp and Unitech with Law & Kenneth but has managed to bag quite a few independent digital mandates as well.
