Breaking news: O&M promotes Abhijit Avasthi, Rajiv Rao to NCD role

O&M has elevated its executive creative directors Rajiv Rao (pictured, left) and Abhijit Avasthi (pictured, right) to the position of national creative directors. In an official communique, the agency says that the move has been made "to ensure that we are ahead of the game in these changing times".The duo's new mandate includes ensuring that Brand Ogilvy is at the forefront creatively in all disciplines of its business to deliver more brand-building for all its clients.

O&M has elevated its executive creative directors Rajiv Rao (pictured, left) and Abhijit Avasthi (pictured, right) to the position of national creative directors. In an official communique, the agency says that the move has been made "to ensure that we are ahead of the game in these changing times".

The duo's new mandate includes ensuring that Brand Ogilvy is at the forefront creatively in all disciplines of its business to deliver more brand-building for all its clients.

In addition, they will be responsible for grooming the talent within the agency and working closely with all other creative directors.
