Aims to accelerate global growth momentum and provide greater accountability to the senior leadership

Affle India makes additions to its board of directors
Affle India, a global technology company, has announced the appointment of four more people - Lay See Tan, Vipul Kedia, Noelia Amoedo and Elad Natanson, to its board of directors. 
 
Tan is an independent director on the board, whereas Kedia is executive director. Amoedo and Natanson have joined as non-executive directors. 
 
Currently, Tan is a finance professional, while Kedia is the chief data and platforms officer and head at Affle. Amoedo is the founder and CEO of Mediasmart, whereas Natanson is CEO of Appnext, both of which are part of the Affle Group. 
 
The hires are part of the company’s effort to accelerate global growth momentum, provide greater accountability to the senior leadership and maintain the highest standards of corporate governance with an enhanced depth of expertise.
