Aditya Birla Capital has elevated Darshana Shah as head-marketing and customer experience. 

 

Shah updated her LinkedIn profile to reflect her move. 

 

Her previous role was executive vice president-digital, marketing and customer experience, Aditya Birla Health Insurance. Shah joined the group in 2016 from Hypercity.
