MTV empowers children to challenge parental academic pressure

Watch the film conceptualised in-house here

MTV has rolled out a campaign ‘Question Marks’, as part of its pro-socio initiative to reduce academic pressure on the youth.

In the film, parents don battle attire, launching a barrage of questions at their children about academics. However, as the questioning ensues, the child challenges the reliance on grades as the sole measure of success. The film calls upon parents to take the lead in reshaping the narrative by nurturing and guiding their child's individual journey to success. It aims to transform society's perception of success and alleviate the enduring burden of academic pressure.

Anshul Ailawadi, head – youth, music, and English entertainment, Viacom18, said, “MTV has never shied away from shining the light on themes that matter to young Indians. Our latest campaign, MTV Question Marks, is a clarion call for change. With this initiative, we hope to bring a mindset-shift amongst parents, to move beyond traditional academic benchmarks, and believe in the capability of young minds to define success on their own terms.”
