Airtel urges savings with a ‘shake’

Watch the film conceptualised by Taproot Dentsu here

Airtel has rolled out a new TVC for its prepaid users to promote a new app. The film has been conceptualised by Taproot Dentsu India.

The film begins with a young man walking into a room to wake his friend up and inform him that his phone is ‘playing’. What follows is a montage of people from all walks of life shaking their phone, dancing and singing, enthused by savings earned by shaking their phone (with the new app). The film ends with a call to action to download the myairtel app as a voiceover urges viewers to download the application, shake their phones and hear the ‘khan khan’ (sound) of offers.

The campaign will also have digital, outdoor, radio, retail POS and print legs.
