Basing title on Google trends, is the daily implying that Sunny Leone is ‘Queen of Bollywood’?

Turkey of the fortnight: DNA on the 'Queen' of Bollywood
This DNA supplement in Mumbai does declare that some of the content is promotional. We’re assuming this particular one wasn’t.
 
The story is based on Google trends of the last 12 months, thanks to which the article surmises that actor Kangkana Ranaut is not the ‘Queen of Bollywood’ as some media  suggest.
 
Going by the same trends, should we infer that Sunny Leone, the most searched by far, is the ‘Queen’?
 
We love both and don’t mind, really. But the logic seems a little muddled.
