Sanjay Adesara moves on from Adani Wilmar

Sanjay Adesara, head of marketing at Adani Wilmar has exited the company after a stint of close to 16 years. He announced his move through a LinkedIn post.

Adesara joined the company as a management trainee in June 2008, and rose up the ranks holding various positions, including that of head of media and digital and CEO, Gujarat Fortune Giants (Gujarat Giants sports team) PKL. where he was tasked with setting up the sports team and leading it for three seasons.

He also launched the Fortune Ricebran Health Oil and Fortune Xpert brands as brand manager, and category head respectively.
