Conceptual Pictures Worldwide has announced the appointment of Abir Panchanan as vice president - production and sales for its production house, Pumpkin Production.

Panchanan will be leading Team Pumpkin. He will be based in Mumbai and report to Ramji Ravindran, founder and CEO, Conceptual Pictures Worldwide.

His last full-time stint was with Fuel Content (FCB India's production arm), where he was senior producer.

Ravindran said, “Abir will reinforce our production business globally while we continue to navigate opportunities for our clients. Abir’s experience and passion for integrated business solutions will be of great value for Pumpkin and the clients we partner.”

Panchanan said, “This opportunity comes at a time when I was looking to undertake a fresh challenge. The timing couldn’t have been better.
