Cheil (seven), TBWA (five), BBDO (five) and Tribes Communications (two) among the shortlist

New York Festivals Advertising Awards: 19 shortlists for India
The organisers of the New York Festivals Advertising Awards have announced the shortlist for the 2020 edition.
 
Nineteen of the shortlists come from India.
 
Cheil India has seven of them for Samsung's 'Good Vibes: Now, words aren't just heard, but felt'.
 
TBWA India's five shortlists comprise of three for 'One Mindful Mind' and two for 'Blink to Speak'. 
 
BBDO India has five shortlists too. Three are for '40 Years of Indian Advertising' and two are for 'Sons #ShareTheLoad'.
 
Tribes Communications has two shortlists each for Honda's 'Life Saver Boards'.
 
Scott Rose, executive director, New York Festivals Advertising Awards, said, “We’re thrilled with the caliber of this year’s cutting-edge entries, the 2020 Grand Jury judged thousands of entries and set a high bar for the shortlist. As always, running a fair and competitive top-flight competition judged by prominent international creatives was our goal at the competition launch in October.”
 
Winners will be announced on 2 May.
