Govind Rubber Limited (GRL), a player in the bicycle tires market, has appointed Ignite Mudra as its strategic branding partner to pursue its growth ambitions in the bicycle tires and allied businesses. GRL is a part of the SiyaramPoddar conglomerate which has interests in tires, textiles, garments and furnishings.
