Called Havas Market, the offering providing e-retail experiences and incremental businesses for brands will be led by Sharukh Lakhani

Havas Media Group launches its e-commerce offering in India
Havas Media Group India, the media agency conglomerate of Havas Group India, has announced the launch of Havas Market. 
 
This division is a full-service e-commerce offering that aims to empower consumers in their shopping journey by providing e-retail experiences and generating incremental business for brands. 
 
Havas Market was launched globally in October 2020. In India, it will be led by Sharukh Lakhani, lead - Havas Market. 
 
The marketplace will strive to provide comprehensive understanding and analysis across all sales channels, including over 50 marketplaces, social commerce, direct to consumer, and digital to retail, using a unique methodology, beyond media. 
 
It will also incorporate the capabilities of insights, research, retail and content management, paid media, sales analytics and more. 
 
Lakhani has a career spanning over 11 years across various segments in the e-commerce ecosystem, retailer and agency space. He moves from Wavemaker, where he led the e-commerce media strategy. 
 
Lakhani will work with Provit Chemmani, who leads the e-commerce expansion globally for Havas Group, Rohan Chincholi, head- digital services, Havas Media Group India and a team of specialists across research, insights, performance media, content and analytics.
