Cannes 2009: India’s tally rises to 16 metals

India has won 16 metals at Cannes Lions 2009 so far including one on day two and 15 on day three. On day one, the sole Indian winner was Leo Burnett in the Promo Lions category.Things definitely looked great for India on day three of the festival as it brought home 15 metals in total including its first gold and silver. MediaCom won the gold and a silver for Gillette in the Media Lions category. Eight metals were awarded to India at the Media Lions. Rediffusion Y&R won the only metal in the Radio Lions category.
