Bhattacharyya joins Madison Media 

Madison Media has brought in Rajdeep Bhattacharyya as director, digital for its Delhi office. This development follows the appointment of Sushma Jhaveri (chief operating officer, Madison Media Infinity). 

Bhattacharyya will oversee the agency's digital operation and will be in charge of all the existing and emerging digital media initiatives under Madison which include display, video, SEM, mobile, social and emerging media.

On Bhattacharyya's appointment, Punitha Arumugam, group chief executive officer, Madison Media, said, “I am delighted to have Rajdeep join our team in Delhi and I am sure he will strengthen our already strong Digital team.” 

On his appointment, Bhattacharyya, said, “I am excited to be a part of the Madison family and to get this opportunity to work with and learn from all of Madison Media's digital talent, as we set about growing our digital expertise further. Integrated media approach is at the core of Madison Media’s offerings and I look forward to play a part in continuing to develop a world class media company.” 

Bhattacharyya has worked in companies like Wunderman International in India and W3i and Critical Mass in US, apart from being an independent Digital Consultant. His career features experience in digital branding, social media marketing, mobile, ecommerce, and direct marketing. On the agency side he has worked on media planning, buying, analytics, web design and content strategy for Fortune 100 clients.
