Bates 141 Delhi makes senior-level appointments

Bates141 has strengthened its Delhi operations with a spate of senior-level appointments under the leadership of Vaasu Gavarasana, the agency’s executive vice president.

Kaushik Ghosh has been brought in from Euro RSCG Mumbai to look after some key accounts such as Max Bupa, Hitachi and Radico-Khaitan. “I was looking to work with an agency that is poised to grow. With the recent restructuring at Bates, that is already showing phenomenal results, it seemed like an obvious place for me to move,” said Ghosh.

Sailesh Wadhwa has joined as group strategy planning director from Grey Colombo. "One of the key considerations of moving back to India was about finding the right team of people to work with. People who share the same level of excitement and vision to create meaningful, business impacting based marketing communications solutions. This new energized team at Bates141 echoed the same sentiment,” said Wadhwa. His key focus areas would be driving business-impacting marcom solutions for Bates141’s client businesses by integrating all the disciplines [conventional and new age] of marcom.

In addition to this, Vijay Simha and Rajesh Gola have joined as creative directors from Saatchi & Saatchi Delhi.

“Professionals who combine an entrepreneurial approach, process rigour and integrated thinking are being brought into the agency, who can work with me to deliver entrepreneurial business growth to our clients” said Gavarasana.
