Banijay Asia and Endemol Shine India elevate Rishi Negi and Mrinalini Jain

Banijay Asia and Endemol Shine India has announced a team restructuring aimed at fuelling future growth in the Indian and Asian entertainment space. 
 
This strategic alignment comes within months of Banijay acquiring Endemol Shine India, and consolidating both businesses under Deepak Dhar, founder and group CEO, Banijay Asia and EndemolShine India's leadership. 
 
As part of the restructuring, Rishi Negi is elevated as group chief operating officer and Mrinalini Jain is elevated as group chief development officer. 
 
Whereas, Shyam Rathi is now the group chief financial officer; Lalit Sharma is the head – legal and Fiona Machado, has been elevated as head – HR.
