Metropolis Healthcare, claims to service over 30 million tests a year is looking at expand its presence over the next few years. Along with a presence pan-India, Metropolis Healthcare is in South Asia, Middle East and Africa.
Sudhir Nair, founder and CEO, 21n78e said, “It was an interesting challenge for us and a good win to begin this year. With our digital first integrated approach, we aimed at having conversations with consumers as and when it matters. Today, passive way of communicating is rapidly becoming obsolete. Consumers expect convergence at all levels. Wearables are having a huge impact in this sector. So it will be some exciting work that will come out.”
