AAAI to confer Lifetime Achievement Award on Ramesh Narayan
The Advertising Agencies Association of India (AAAI) has announced that ad veteran and a past president of the body, Ramesh Narayan, will be honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award for the year 2014.
 
The Canco Advertising founder will receive the award at an event in Mumbai on 24 July.
 
Organisers said Narayan, who has also served as president of Ad Club and is currently on the AFAA Board representing India as part of the Advertising Council of India (ACI), ‘is well known for his significant contribution in conceiving, championing and implementing meaningful industry events and measures in India and abroad that helped position the advertising industry in a favourable light’.
