VIDEO: What’s the approach to mentoring young creatives?

WATCH what Colyvn Harris, Piyush Pandey, Josy Paul, Raj Nair, Vikram Gaikwad, Deepa Geethakrishnan, Satbir Singh, Ashish Khazanchi and Abhijit Avasthi have to say

Campaign India caught up with Colyvn Harris, Piyush Pandey, Josy Paul, Raj Nair, Vikram Gaikwad, Deepa Geethakrishnan, Satbir Singh, Ashish Khazanchi and Abhijit Avasthi on the sidelines of Portfolio Night, Mumbai, on 22 May.

We asked the creative heads: 'Are creative leaders doing the job of mentoring juniors well enough?'

See what they had to say in the video above. While some believe that mentoring has to be on the job and is an ongoing process, there are others who say that the ones who want to get trained, ‘will get trained’.

Whatever the take may be, training and mentoring is high on creative leaders’ agenda.
