TaxiForSure has launched its first TV commercial to communicate its services provided through the brand's app. The ad film has been conceptualised by Lowe Lintas. The ad film went online on 5 December.
The ad film begins at an office where a man wraps up his work at 10:15 pm. Considering the time, he asks a colleague for a lift. It has been a while since then and the man starts nagging his colleague to leave which irritates the latter man no end. The colleague, mentally, considers various scenarios to hurt the man for nagging so much. The voice over instructs that such a scenario is destructive to a friendship and offers the TaxiForSure app as a solution that can save workplace friendships. The video showcases the ease of booking a cab by just clicking on 'Pick Now' on the app. The ad film ends with a brand sign off.
Aprameya Radhakrishna, co-founder, TaxiForSure, said, “We have clocked 3.5 million bookings and are present in 18 cities. Our customers have given us positive feedback on the pricing, service levels and reliability of TaxiForSure. This gave us the confidence to raise awareness about our services, so that a lot more people can enjoy them. This 360 degree campaign will help us with the kind of awareness we aim to create. Most of us may be in situations like that of Arpan. TaxiForSure wants to change that and induce taxi-using behaviour, because now they are more affordable and reliable than ever before!”
