ParachuteAdvansed brings festivities to life at old age home, says #KhulKeKheloHoli

Watch the film conceptualised by McCann Erickson here

ParachuteAdvansed, from the house of Marico, has launched a three-minute video around the festival of Holi, conceptualised by McCann Erickson.

The film is set in an old age home. A group of youngsters are at the home to celebrate the festival of colours with the residents. One of the residents eagerly grabs all the colours he can, ready to smear them on everyone when the festivities begin. A lady resident observes this intently, while going about her chores. He enters the courtyard where some of the older people are seated. He is wished by youngsters with a small smear of colour on his foreheard, ushered into a seat and fed a sweet. He’s visibly disappointed, and only one person notices this.

The lady who saw him stocking up on colours approaches him, and to everyone’s surprise, smears a lot of colour on his face, announcing that it’s Holi, and a finger of colour won’t do. The song shifts tempo, as do the festivities. A colour riot that one would associate with young Holi revellers follows, as the old and the young celebrate with gusto.

A bottle of Parachute Advansed appears on screen as the brand signs off with the message  #KhulKeKheloHoli.
