Furo Sports walks in Shahid Kapoor’s shoes

Watch the film conceptualised by Network here

Furo Sports Shoes, from the house of Red Chief Shoes, has launched a campaign with the idea of ‘kass ke pakad, jam ke jakad’ (hold tightly). Conceptualised by Network, the TVC features actor and brand ambassador Shahid Kapoor.

In the film, Kapoor can be seen running, walking and grooving to a catchy beat of a song. He is seen almost falling off the stairs, but gets saved by his shoes. He then comes home and tells the viewers that in the ‘kabbadi’ (hustle) of everyday life, a shoe with a good grip is necessary. The film ends with Kapoor saying ‘Got Furo, got grip’.

Manoj Gyanchandani, managing director, Leayan Global, said, “Our goal is to take athleisure lifestyle and sports wear shoes to the next level. Nowadays, it’s all about fashion – but function is equally important. Our shoes have been designed keeping optimum usability in mind, without compromising on style and comfort.”

Rahul Sharma, senior general manager, Furo Sports Shoes, added, “We are confident, adventurous and courageous. This campaign is a reflection of who we are and this campaign is our way of enlightening people on the importance of having control – be it while walking, running, trekking or in life – and hope by watching it, they too feel like having that grip.”

This campaign is being promoted across digital, print, cinema, TV and outdoor.
