Dharmesh Joshi moves from Asymmetrique, whereas Hardik Nagar joins from Terribly Tiny Tales. Shivani Mehta, Ishan Naman Sinha, Kalpit Damania and Mrinal Chawla get new roles

Supari Studios announces elevations and appointments
Supari Studios has announced elevations and appointments across the team. 
 
Dharmesh Joshi has been appointed as senior creative director. He will be responsible for leading the BB squad to grow content at scale, working with internal stakeholders to build YouTube first solutions for brands, and developing a multi-platform content eco-system solution for legacy and new-age brands. 
 
Joshi moves from Asymmetrique, where he was senior creative director. With over 13 years of experience, he has also worked with companies like The Glitch, Kinnect and The Walt Disney Company. 
 
Hardik Nagar has joined as creative director. He will work with internal stakeholders to build YouTube-first solutions, as well as engage content IPs and campaigns that drive growth for brands. Nagar moves from Terribly Tiny Tales (TTT), where he was founding member and creative director of Dobara, the company's non-fiction arm. 
 
Apart from these appointments, the company has also elevated Shivani Mehta as executive producer. Prior to this, she was lead creative producer. In her new role, Mehta will look after the planning and executing of various shoots for brands, clients, and account management.
 
Ishan Naman Sinha is now vice president. He was elevated from his role as assistant vice president. Sinha will now lead and strategise content for all CS and CP projects, as well as build key consumer relationships.
 
Kalpit Damania and Mrinal Chawla too, have been elevated as executive producers. 
 
As part of the new role, Damania will plan and execute various shoots for brands, clients, manage budgets and projects and also ideate for their creative requirements.
 
Chawla will be seen working alongside the strategy and brand partnerships team to help define the content vision, alongside planning and executing various shoots for brands, clients, and managing budget and project.
