Radio station Red FM has announced multiple appointments in its senior management in programming. Vaibhav Vishal has been appointed as the national creative head, Rohit Kulkarni will be the national client solutions head. Mayur Chikramane joins Red as regional programming head - North and Macoy D’Souza comes on board as regional programming head - West.
Vishal was associate vice president – creative & content at MTV in his last role, while Kulkarni was an associate creative director there as well. Chikramane was national promotions head at Fever 104FM, and D’Souza led the regional programming teams at BIG FM.
Commenting on the new appointments, Nisha Narayanan, senior vice president, projects and programming, said, “We are pleased to have Vaibhav, Rohit, Mayur and Macoy on board as part of the RED FM family. Vaibhav’s depth of expertise in creative conceptualization and implementation ideas along with Rohit’s knowledge in programming and client integration will enable us to take this station for expression to even greater heights.”
She further added, “With a decade long experience in the radio industry and an excellent track record in all aspects of radio programming, Mayur and Macoy will be able implement our ambitious plans for regional programming in the North & West quite aggressively.”
