Protean assigns media mandate to Lodestar UM
Lodestar UM has won the media mandate for Protean eGov Technologies following a multi-agency pitch. 
 
Protean eGov Technologies, a digital public infrastructure, regtech and open networks player, was previously known as NSDL e-Gov. The company has helped with tax infrastructure modernisation (PAN cards, TIN), establishing the pension infrastructure, digital IDs, data stack and account aggregator.
 
The agency's mandate includes mainline, digital, out of home, and special projects.
