Integrated Brand-comm will start Brandware II Edition, a comprehensive six weekend brand management course from June 25, 2010. 

Ramanujam Sridhar, author of One Land One Million Minds and Googly-Branding on Indian Turf, and lead faculty, has specially designed the second edition to help practicing managers learn newer aspects of branding and also simplify branding for professionals in other functions.
 
A statement from Brand Comm says Brandware aims to provide the right exposure to people in the industry in the duration of  six weekends adding that the methodology of teaching is based on case studies, industry knowledge sharing and path breaking presentations. The attempt is to help professionals in broadening their perspective on brand management.
 
Ramanujam Sridhar, CEO - brand-comm adds, “The value of brand management in today's competitive global environment has increased as organisations continue to compete in overcrowded markets. As consumers become more sophisticated and the plethora of products more similar, the need to differentiate through emotional attachment has become an ever-increasing need.”  
 
Brandware aims to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to manage complex brands within an Indian context and will encourage innovation among them. This course deals with important issues both at the individual product level and the firm level and is designed both for those anticipating careers in brand management as well as for those with an interest in marketing management , communication and general management.
 
The first edition of Brandware was well received by senior executives from Toyota Kirloskar Motors, Titan, Nokia, TTK, Indus League, among others. Parameswaran B., general manager, human resource division, Toyota Kirloskar said, "It gave me an insight into how branding plays a crucial role in the human resource space.”
