Havas strengthens Delhi post LG win
Havas Media Group has announced three appointments. Love Guglani has been roped in as vice president, while Saurabh Bhatnagar has joined as group account director - digital, for the Havas Media Arena team. Their mandate is to manage the LG business, which was won recently following a global pitch. 
 
In a third new hire, Roopali Sharma has been roped in as vice president of the agency's Delhi office. The trio will be based out of Delhi.
 
On the appointments Anita Nayyar, CEO, Havas Media Group India and South Asia, said, “Our growth strategy needs the right people. All three have had illustrious careers and collectively bring in huge wealth of knowledge and experience.”
 
Guglani joins the agency from Lodestar UM. In a career spanning 12 years, he has also worked with Maxus, Starcom and Carat. 
 
He said, "Havas is looking at an aggressive growth path in India so I am glad to be here. I have worked with Anita Nayyar in the past - her passion and support is a fantastic proposition to drive a business, in addition to the working wavelength we share."
 
Bhatnagar joins Arena from Dentsu Digital. In a 12-year career, he has also worked with SapientNitro, Quasar Media and BC WebWise. 
 
Bhatnagar said, "Havas is a great opportunity and I am thrilled to be associated with great minds. I look forward to institute a richer, multi-level digital experience for the clients and create new business associations in India."
 
Sharma, who has 13 years of industry experience, was at ZenithOptimedia last, after stints at Cheil, Maxus, Carat and LG.
 
She said, "I look forward to an exciting and enriching career at Havas. My role and responsibility is to further strengthen our quality of work and lead the clients to more strategic directions helping them achieve their business goals."
