21 Indian entries have been shortlisted in the Outdoor category at Cannes Lions.

O&M’s “Gin” and “Cola” for Dabur India’s Dazzl Dish Cleaner have got shortlisted in the Household: cleaning products category. JWT’s “Natural Finsh” for Berger Paints has been shortlisted in the household: other category. Leo Burnett’s “Loo”, “kitchen” and “Baby room” for Bajaj Exhaust fans are the shortlists in the home appliances, furnishings, electronics and audio-visual category. Publicis Communications’ “Shade” for L’Oreal India’s Garnier Sun Control Daily Moisturiser is a shortlist in the cosmetics and beauty category.

Publicis Communications’ “Savings” for Cupid Condoms and O&M’s “Chicken-Goat”, “Duck-Hog” and Seahorse-Crane” for GSK’s Eno are the shortlists in the pharmacy category. Bates 141’s “Cut Hoardings” for Magica 2009’s Cartik The Conjurer has been shortlisted in the entertainment and leisure category.

Creativeland Asia’s “India Street 2” for Cafe Coffee Day is a shortlist in the restaurants & fast food outlets category. DDB Mudra’s “Bangalore-Dubai” and “Mumbai-New York” for Air India have been shortlisted in the travel, transport & tourism category.

Publicis India’s “Currency Note” for In Gandhi’s Shoes has got shortlisted in the  ambient: small scale special solutions category. O&M’s “The Elusive Coaster” for Sab Miller India’s Don’t Drink & Drive By Foster’s and Leo Burnett’s “Strainbroidery”, “Ink”, “Ketchup” and “Oil” for P&G’s Tide are shortlists in the ambient: bars, restaurants & stores category.

Rediffusion Y&R’s “Housewife”, “Engineer” and “Tourist” for Bharti Airtel’s Mobile phone back-up service have been shortlisted in the point of purchase: large scale category. In the same category, Publicis India’s “Bruni” and “Toto” for Kennel 1’s Laxative and “Dirtywhite Man”, “Japanese Tourist” and “Beach Bum” for Omax Cameras have been shortlisted.

O&M’s “Cave-Man”, “Diver” and “Tourist” for PVM’s Sour Marbels Candies have been shortlisted in the point of purchase: small scale category.

O&M’s “Circle of Life” for WWF India and “Lion” and “Polar Bear” for Sanctuary Asia are the shortlists in the public awareness services messages category. O&M’s “Stamps” for Department of Posts, India is a shortlist in the corporate image category.

In the ambient: stunts & live advertising category, Publicis Communications’ “Sports Capture” for Wespro Digital Cameras (see picture) and Leo Burnett’s “Backpocketing” for Mumbai Railway Police’s Pickpocket Awareness Campaign are the shortlists.
