Campaign Agency of the Year 2016 now open for entries

Early entry deadline is 28 September; South Asia leg to be hosted in Mumbai

Campaign Agency of the Year 2016 now open for entries

Campaign Agency of the Year Awards (AOY), the 23-year-old property to recognise agency and individual excellence in the Asia-Pacific region – including South Asia – is now accepting entries to its 2016 edition.

The South Asia Agency of the Year competition will be hosted in Mumbai, and invites entries from South Asia, encompassing Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, Nepal, India, Pakistan and SriLanka.

Entries can be submitted at www.aoyawards.com/india. Achievements relating to the period of 1 October 2015 to 5 October 2016 will be evaluated by judges. The early entry deadline is 28 September, and entries close 5 October.

Entrants from other Apac markets may enter the Greater China, Japan/Korea, Australia/New Zealand or SE Asia legs of the AOY competition. Further details are at www.aoyawards.com.

Across editions, entries will be judged by a panel of senior marketers convened by Campaign editors, with the jury revealed only at the end of the judging process. PricewaterhouseCoopers continues to tabulate the results.

Organisers have made some changes to the entry criteria and entry template this year, and urge entrants to read the entry kit carefully.

Like in past editions, there will be separate 'India', 'Pakistan' and 'Rest of South Asia' awards for Creative Agency of the Year, Media Agency of the Year and Digital Agency of the Year categories. Remaining categories will be handed region awards. There are nine people categories to celebrate individual achievements and contributions.

Winners of the regional legs can compete in the Asia-Pacific Network of the Year awards. This grand finale of the AOY competition will be hosted in Singapore on 8 December 2016.
