BBH India scoops Marico business

Marico Limited has decided to align some of its key brands to BBH India. The portfolio includes Parachute Therapie Hair Fall solution, Parachute Advansed After Shower, Mediker, Nihar Naturals and Parachute Advansed Starz.
BBH was recently launched in India with three managing partners, Priti Nair, Partha Sinha and Subhash Kamath. And in a short period of time, it has already put together a core team into place.
Speaking of the alignment, Sameer Satpathy, head - marketing, Marico said, "Marico has re-aligned its brand portfolio to drive strategic convergence and to maximize value. We are happy to commence work with BBH who believe in sound & effective strategy backed by creativity. The BBH India team is not new to Marico – in fact we have had a long association with Subhash and Partha, who have helped us build our key equities over the years, and are happy to welcome them back.”
Said Partha Sinha, "Marico's reputation is built on strong brands. And BBH's sole ambition is to partner strong brands in creating meaningful communication. We couldn't have asked for a better opportunity"
Priti Nair added, "We are really excited! One, to get Marico -one of the country's high profile marketers as a client, and two, to get a mix of brands such as these, which can give you true creative and brand building opportunities!"
Subhash Kamath said, "To me personally, Marico is like a homecoming, as I've had the opportunity of working closely with them for many years now. They've got a great work ethic and involve their agencies as true partners in their brand building efforts. We're looking forward to creating some strong case studies on these brands in the years to come."
