Sancho BBDO Bogota is the top ranked individual agency office

2014 Global Effie Index: Lowe Mumbai at No. 2, O&M follows
Effie Worldwide announced that Sancho BBDO Bogota is the top ranked individual agency office in its Global Effie Effectiveness Index for 2014, followed by Lowe Lintas (Mumbai), Ogilvy & Mather (Mumbai), FP7/DXB (Dubai), and Starcom MediaVest Group (Chicago).

For the third consecutive year, Unilever is the most effective marketer and WPP the most effective holding company in the world. Coca-Cola is the most effective brand for the second year running.

The rankings were determined by data collected from June 2013 to June 2014. Now in its fourth year, the Effie Index recognises the most effective marketing communications ideas from around the world, determined by their success in more than forty national and regional Effie Award competitions.

In the Asia Pacific, Unilever again tops the table as most effective marketer, followed by McDonald’s and Coca Cola. Omnicom leads WPP here among holding companies, while BBDO Worldwide is the most effective agency network according to the Index. Among brands, McDonald’s leads again, with Lifebuoy (5) and Idea (7) finding a place in the top 10 in the Asia-Pacific.
