IHCL (Indian Hotels Company) has rolled out a campaign celebrating women. It's part of the company's women-centric initiative for all stakeholders, including guests, employees, partners and the community.

The campaign is an extension of the 'She is the Taj' film released 20 years ago.

Conceptualised by Rediffusion, the campaign titled 'She Remains The Taj' consists of a film featuring Sonali Bendre (actor), Priyadarshini Raje Scindia (Maharani of Gwalior), Mira Kulkarni (MD, Forest Essentials), Nivritti Kumari (Princess of Mewar), and Archana Chandra (CEO, Jai Vakeel Foundation) among others. It's shot across Taj properties in India.

Parveen Chander, SVP – sales and marketing, IHCL, said, “IHCL has always empowered women to embrace different roles in the organisation by providing enabling policies, constant support and addressing developmental needs to tap into their potential. She Remains the Taj, the campaign celebrates the powerful roles women play across all walks of life.
