Bajaj Allianz General Insurance shows ways of caring in the 'new normal'

Watch the film conceptualised by WATConsult here

Bajaj Allianz General Insurance has rolled out a film to showcase its ‘contactless care’ feature through which users can use its digital platforms to renew services.

Conceptualised by WATConsult, the film shows slice of life situations where people are adjusting to the new normal by caring for each other in different ways.

Tapan Singhel, MD and CEO, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, said, “Customer first, is the key motto that we follow at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance.  Throughout this pandemic, we have been tirelessly catering to our customers, through our digital channels. While going contactless has ensured that all our customer’s insurance needs are met in a safe and convenient way, we wanted to also showcase that even though social distance has kept us away, our care is very much there for you.”

Heeru Dingra, CEO, WATConsult, added, “Digital has come up in a big way because it is the safe and contactless alternative right now, but it is only as strong as it is easy. The digital video commercial encapsulates just that. Showing your care digitally should be as natural as showing it in person, and with their new digital policy, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance has moved a step further in achieving the same.”
