The World HRD Congress 2010 has honoured GroupM as the 'Top Employer Brand' and has awarded the company with three Talent Management Awards. GroupM is the only media planning and investment company to feature in this list.

The jury at the World HRD Congress was a team of educators and HR practitioners in the country, lead by Prof. Indira Parikh, president – foundation for Liberal and Management Education, Sudhir Goyal, executive deputy president HR – United Breweries Holdings, Ashok Venkatramani CEO, STAR News, Ramola Mahajani, MD - Human Edge Consulting, Ketan Kulkarni, head- marketing, corporate communications and sustainability – Blue Dart Express and Dr. Asha Naik, dean, Indira Global Business School.
