Weekend fun: The Gmail intervention

WATCH the Gmail intervention video. If you love Gmail, this may be how you would want to spend this weekend

Weekend fun: The Gmail intervention

Gmail's new campaign, produced in-house at Google, encourages you to stage an intervention for your friends who're still on "outdated email".

WATCH the video

The site says, "You’ve probably already improved the lives of your friends and family members by helping them switch to Gmail, but what about that one friend who still hasn’t made the switch? It’s time to take a stand and stage an intervention."

If you decide to help out that friend, you can send a mail to them which is "straightforward", "concerned" or "outraged" in tone of voice. All of it is tongue-in-cheek, and pretty funny.
