Starcom MediaVest Group (SMG) has apointed Andrew Swinand as the media agency network's new president of global operations, effective immediately. Swinand comes from Denuo, the media future consultancy within Publicis Groupe. Prior to his role at Denuo, he was president of Starcom Worldwide. Swinand will continue to oversee the Nintendo account across Starcom Worldwide and Leo Burnett.
